Journals are now the in thing. We have manifestation journals, gratitude, affirmation journals and all sort of other journals but beyond just the trend or it being a fad, journaling has become a great way to not only keep records but to improve on one’s personal development. A journal can help you track progress and growth and also help you achieve your goals.
I have a perfect journal produced and suited for that occasion – achieving your goals. And I tagged it appropriately – My Goals Journal

It’s actually and accompaniment or companion book to my personal development goalsetting book; A to Z of Goalsetting. You can check out my goalsetting book here. Discounts could still be available.
In the Journal, the calendar helps you plan and fix dates for you goals. You can break down your goals into 30, 60 or 90 days in the Goal plan sheet. If for instance you want to reach a certain milestone in your career for instance, you can split the goals in a 30, 60 or 90 days stretch for easy measurement and management, Thus you wont feel overwhelmed with your goals.
An action template is a goals resource you use to write and list your goals and all actions you taking to achieve them. The personalized action plan in My Goals Journal helps you to sort your goals and the activities you need to reach them. You might have the same goals as someone but the methods or activities (and time they are executed) that person uses to reach his will differ from yours. thus why this action plan has to be personalized by you yourself.
The personalized Action plan, has dates. Here it is simple. You write today’s date for instance if its this day you decided to work on your goals. You write today’s date. Then you write that specific goal in the next line. A goal that is written down has a better chance of being achieved than one that’s in your mind or somewhere in your head. when you write it down, You can easily visualize it.
3rd line is your motivation. Motivation, for a goal like making 100k in 30days could be, to take care of my mom or if your goal is to further your career, your motivation could be to be an independent man/lady. Your motivation for your goal can push you on days when you are weak. Then the next line in the action plan, is a deadline. You need deadlines otherwise your goal will just be a wish. Your deadline for the goal you have chosen will both frighten and spur you into action. In Timings, You list all the daily or weekly activities you will do, e.g; talk to 2ppl about my product, set up a whatsapp group, learn digital marketing, etc
There’s a weekly review and feedback mechanism and also a note section where you can write down ideas or things you need for your goal setting journey. The Journal is available in spiral bound, leatherback and hard back versions.
